I stopped by SunSouth on a Saturday, and let's be honest—that's the one day of the week most people don't want to be at work. You'd never know it from the way the staff treated me. From the moment I walked in, they welcomed me like family, took the time to listen to my problem, and got me taken care of quickly and professionally. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. They had me back on my way in no time, and I truly appreciate the kindness and willingness to help. A huge thank you to everyone at SunSouth. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new riding mower here. We called and asked if they had the x350 in stock. By the time we got there it was pulled to the front, oiled, greased, and gassed ready to go. Mr. Mike was very kind and friendly. He gave a thorough overview of all of the features and functions of the machine. I will definitely be back.

Got there at 5:02 for a key switch and one guy came out and said that we close at At 5 o’clock and to come Back tomorrow. But another guy came out and said he had no problem getting me a key switch real quick and when he said that the other guy who told me no got pissy and started slamming the doors, slamming the cash register, wouldn’t talk to me so if I had to deal with him every time I come in there for parts I will never be back but other than that the other guy,I forgot his name, was very helpful. I get it I came in at closing but didn’t have to act like a child. I deal with people everyday and never act like that. That’s a good way to lose business. I drove over 45 mins and thankfully the other guy was there and nice enough to get me my parts which took all of maybe 3 mins.

I've been a Stihl chainsaw owner for 40 years. Bought and had my saws serviced in 3 states. James Dear took the best care of my issues ever. Friendly great place!

I’m so blessed to have this place nearby they service my equipment and provide parts, etc. Caleb in service is amazing. The parts department very helpful. Everyone there is really friendly. You can’t go wrong shopping here.
